Tips
  • Pattern must start and end at the same place.
  • Always correct posture, position, and composition.
  • The muscles of the body are completely relaxed after each movement n and tense during the movement.
  • Perform Rhythmic movements not run stiff.
  • Both the left and right hand versions equally powerful. Perform each movement with a sense of realism.
  • Perform each movement with a sense of realism.
